Featured project: UN Climate Negotiations

From 2022 to 2025, I lead CBC's production on the annual UN climate negotiations in Egypt, UAE, Azerbaijan and Brazil, straddling editorial and logistical roles. I produced senior correspondent Susan Ormiston on location, and built a strong relationship with our french language counterparts, creating an integrated field team to benefit both networks. Additionally, I supported our videographer operating a second camera, took photos, and when time allowed, I reported. In many cases, we also produced long-form current affairs and analysis from the field, in addition to cross-platform news coverage. In 2024, we built a full episode of CBC's The Fifth Estate around COP28's agreement.
